Misol-Ha is easily accessible off of the main
highway.
It's just a short walk from the parking area to
the falls.

he could to the falls.
There are some wooden cabanas that can be rented
very near the falls that are run by the Ejido San Miguel. A
restaurant/shop can also be found at the parking area.
Beautiful, lush vegetation abounds, and we
spotted morpho butterflies on our way down to the falls.
If you don't get wet enough from just viewing the
falls, you can go for a swim.

Some people just can't resist shopping.
The prices are so reasonable here (and from
roadside and street vendors elsewhere in Mexico, for that matter) that I
couldn't bring myself to bargain.
These bananas are delicious!
